How do I pay the deposit and make payment?
A.

A deposit is required to confirm your coffee truck reservation.

For beverage-only orders, the deposit is 200,000 KRW. For orders including beverages and desserts, the deposit is 200,000 KRW plus the dessert amount.

Once the deposit is paid, your reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance will be communicated separately based on your event schedule.

How much is the travel/delivery fee?

What is the minimum order amount and quantity?
A.

Coffee truck reservations require a minimum order of 600,000 KRW.

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the menu selection.

For individual beverage or dessert orders, minimum is 70 items per type.
For Premium/Special SET menus, minimum is 100 servings.

Please refer to <Menu> for detailed information on each menu option.

How It Works

How do I cancel or reschedule?
A.

Cancellation fees apply based on the event date as follows:

No cancellation fee if cancelled 4+ days before the event.
50% of deposit if cancelled 2-3 days before the event.
100% of deposit if cancelled 1 day before or on the event day.

Rescheduling is possible, but if the new date is not available,
the same cancellation fee policy applies.

Please note that desserts are prepared the day before and produced on the event day,
so additional fees may apply for desserts already in preparation if rescheduling.

However, no cancellation fees apply for cancellations due to natural disasters such as rain or typhoons.
