Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit requirements and cancellation fees

Deposit Requirements

• Beverages only: 200,000 KRW

• Beverages + Desserts: 200,000 KRW + dessert amount

Cancellation Policy (Based on Event Date)

• 4+ days before: Free cancellation

• 2-3 days before: 50% of deposit

• 1 day before/same day: 100% of deposit

* Schedule changes are possible, but if unavailable, the same cancellation policy applies.

* Standard's desserts are prepared the day before and produced on the event day. Schedule changes may incur fees for desserts already prepared.

* No cancellation fees for cancellations due to natural disasters such as rain or typhoons.

Standard 2-hour operation

Standard operating time: 2 hours
Extended time: 50,000 KRW per additional hour
Setup time: We arrive approximately 1 hour before the event for smooth operation (may vary depending on traffic conditions)
